Adam Goodman
Adam earned his undergraduate degree from Rice University and his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School. Before starting the firm, Adam practiced for a number of years with several leading law firms, including the Chicago offices of the firm now known as Hogan Lovells (2003 to 2007) and Peterson & Ross (1998 to 2003). Adam concentrates on the representation of businesses and individuals in commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters.

Gabriel has over 25 years of trial experience advocating for victims and helping people. He is a founding partner at Goodman Tovrov Hardy & Johnson LLC and an experienced trial lawyer in the areas of personal injury, civil rights, and commercial litigation. He has pursued cases against municipalities, healthcare providers, and corporate defendants, in Illinois and throughout the United States, obtaining numerous multimillion dollar outcomes for his clients. Mr. Hardy has handled numerous high-profile cases throughout his career.

Wesley Johnson
Wesley is a graduate of the University of Chicago and Chicago-Kent College of Law. In the 1990’s, Wes spent several years as the General Counsel of an Internet firm that had numerous Fortune 500 clients. Wes also practiced for a number of years with Peterson & Ross. In addition to his litigation practice, Wes regularly drafts and negotiates business, lease and sales contracts.

Jessica clerked for a federal bankruptcy court judge and also practiced with several leading firms, including the Chicago offices of Peterson & Ross and Katten Muchin Zavis & Rosenman. Jessica’s practice concentrates in commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters.

Shu-Yu Lin
Shu-Yu grew up in Taiwan and moved to Chicago in 2017 to study at Northwestern University of Law School. She received a second LLM degree there in 2018. She was admitted in New York State and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 2020. Shu-Yu previously earned a LLB degree and LLM degree in financial law from National Taipei University in 2009 and 2015. She practiced law for Taiwan largest law firm, Lee and Li, for several years, concentrating on commercial and criminal litigation. Her practice concentrates on commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. She speaks English, Mandarin and Taiwanese.
